Tags decide who gets each policy. You decide how it goes out.

Approve a policy and everyone who holds its tags gets it. Notify, acknowledge or e-sign, and every response is tied to a named person and the exact version.

Access follows tags

A person sees a document when they hold every tag it carries. No lists to keep, no one to copy in.

The right people see each policy

Documents are Private, Internal or Public. New ones start Internal, and tags decide who inside can open them.

No lists to keep up to date

Hold every tag a document carries and you can open it. Folders pass their tags to every document inside.

Teams manage their own access

Tag owners decide who holds a tag. Admins can do the same on every tag.

New hires ready on day one

Invite someone with the right tags and their documents and requests are waiting.

Everyone knows where they stand

People get an email when access is added or removed, so nobody is left wondering.

Share openly when you want to

Public means anyone, no sign-in. Sharing with one person outside is different: see External Viewers.

Choose how each policy goes out

A closure notice, a policy and a contract need different things. Notify, acknowledge or e-sign, chosen each time you distribute. More on the e-sign page.

Decide who receives it

Reach exactly the right people without building a list: everyone who holds the tags, minus anyone you exclude. Reminders repeat until people respond, and every send is logged with the number it reached.

Get these notifications in Slack tooNotify, acknowledge and e-sign requests can reach your team in Slack. Connect it under Admin › Integrations.

What each person sees

Responses that stand up later. People acknowledge on the document itself, signed in, so each one is tied to their email address and the exact statement they agreed to.

See who has responded

Know who to follow up with at a glance: who has, who is pending, who was excluded. Completed responses stay on record even after someone leaves.

When the policy changes, everyone is asked again.

Every edit is approved and sent again. Every edit counts, because a single comma can change who a rule applies to.

Your audience keeps the last approved version until the new one goes out.

Questions

Do the people I send to need a paid seat?

You pay for editors. Viewers are unlimited and free.

How is each acknowledgment tied to a person?

People sign in to acknowledge, so each response is tied to their email address.

What happens to responses when someone leaves?

Completed responses stay on record. Pending ones are removed.

Can I pull a policy back after sending it?

Yes. Set it to Private and it is withdrawn from your audience. Cancelling pending acknowledgments needs a reason, and the audit trail lists who was affected.
