Run every client’s policies from one login

You own the engagement. AllyMatter is the tool. Each client gets its own workspace, owns its data and pays for its own plan, and you work across all of them with one sign-in.

How it works with a client

From the first call to the record you hand over, usually inside a week.

Open the client’s workspace

You or your client signs up for a 30-day trial with no card. The workspace belongs to the client, and the client pays for its plan. Setting up takes about half an hour, and you can do it together on a call.

You both get access

If the client opened the workspace, its Admin invites you as a user. You sign in with the same email you use for every other client, so one login reaches all of your client workspaces.

You bring your method

Bring the policies, procedures and templates you already use, adapt them to the client, and set who approves each one and who it applies to. Moving existing documents in takes about a day.

The record builds itself

Each policy goes through approval, out to the people it covers, and back with an acknowledgment by name and version. Reminders, review dates and re-acknowledgment on every change keep it current after you hand over.

What it changes for your practice

The policy work you already bill for, without the spreadsheets, the email chains and the rebuild before every audit.

One login for every client

Switch between client workspaces without separate accounts or passwords. Each client stays in its own workspace, so nothing from one client can show up in another.

The client owns the workspace

Each client owns its workspace and its data, and pays for its own plan. You never hold a client’s records, never resell software, and never chase a subscription invoice.

No seat to buy for yourself

As an invited user you work inside the client’s plan. If you write or edit policies, you take one of the client’s editor seats: up to 20 on Startup, unlimited on Scale. If you only review, you are free.

Evidence an auditor accepts

Every approval names the approver and the version. Every acknowledgment names the person, the version and the time. The log exports as a PDF or CSV, and a reviewer can open a single document with a one-time code.

Your method, not ours

The content is always yours. You bring the policies, procedures and standards you know, so the work stays yours and every client gets your judgment, not a generic template.

  • Your policies and procedures
  • The standards your clients work to
  • Customer and contract requirements
  • Your own templates, copied into each client

Who works this way

Any consultant whose clients have to show that their policies are approved, current and read.

Quality and ISO consultants

ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949 and laboratory standards all ask for controlled documents: approved, current, available where they are used. AllyMatter is where that control lives between audits.

Information security consultants

ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF and customer security questionnaires all start with written policies that are approved, reviewed and acknowledged. Hand each client a record that answers the questionnaire.

HR consultants and fractional HR

Handbooks, codes of conduct and people policies need acknowledgment from every employee, again whenever they change. Tags send each policy to the people it covers, including new hires.

Health care compliance consultants

HIPAA policies, compliance program documents and survey-ready procedures need version history, review dates and proof that staff received them. Keep all three in one place per client.

Safety and EHS consultants

Written safety programs, site procedures and contractor prequalification documents need to reach the crews they cover. Acknowledgment by name shows who has read the current version.

Accounting practice consultants

A firm’s quality management documents need owners, approvals and periodic review. Run the firm’s policy layer with the same rigor it applies to client work.

Introductions, when they come

When companies on AllyMatter ask for help with a standard or their policies, we introduce them to consultants we work with. There is no fee for the introduction.

It keeps running after you leave

Review dates and expiry dates alert the client’s team in the app and by email. When a policy changes, the approved version goes back to everyone it applies to, small edits too. Your work does not decay the month after handover.

What your clients pay

Your client chooses a plan and pays for it directly. Prices are per workspace, not per reader.

Startup

$29 a month, or $290 a year

Up to 20 editors. Every reader, acknowledger and external viewer is free.

Scale

$49 a month, or $490 a year

Unlimited editors, your client’s own domain for public pages, Slack notifications and the e-sign add-on.

Both plans include approval workflows, acknowledgment by name and version, review and expiry dates, version compare and the audit log export. Free migration on yearly plans. Compare the plans.

Questions

Who owns the workspace and the data?

The client. Each client has its own workspace, is its Admin, and owns everything in it. You work inside it as an invited user, and the client decides who has access.

Who pays for AllyMatter?

The client pays for its own plan. There is no consultant subscription and nothing to resell. Your client starts with a 30-day trial with no card, and a 30-day money-back guarantee applies after the first payment.

Do I need to pay for my own access?

No. You work inside each client’s plan. If you write or edit policies you take one of that client’s editor seats; if you only review, approve or read, you are free.

Can I use one login for several clients?

Yes. Use the same email for every client that invites you, and switch between their workspaces after you sign in.

Do you send clients to consultants?

Sometimes. When a company on AllyMatter asks for help with a standard or with its policies, we introduce it to consultants we work with, and we charge no fee for the introduction. Introductions depend on what companies ask for, so there is no set number or schedule.

Can I reuse a policy across clients?

Yes. Copy it into each client’s workspace and adapt it there, so every client’s version stays its own.

Can I bring my own policies and templates?

Yes. The content is always yours. Bring your policies and procedures into each client’s workspace and adapt them there.

What happens when the engagement ends?

The client keeps its workspace, its policies and the full record. Its Admin can remove your access, and everything you built keeps running: review dates, reminders and re-acknowledgment on every change.

How do I show an auditor the record?

Export the log of approvals, distribution and acknowledgments as a PDF or CSV, or give the reviewer a one-time code to open a single document.

Where is the data kept?

In the US or the EU, chosen for the workspace.

How long does it take to get a client running?

Setting up takes about half an hour. Moving existing documents in takes about a day. On yearly plans we move the documents for the client at no cost.
