Refund Policy
This policy explains when and how you can get your money back for AllyMatter. AllyMatter is sold to businesses, and this policy applies to every customer in the same way, wherever they are.
Free trial
The 30-day trial does not need a card, so nothing is charged during it and there is nothing to refund. You are charged only once you choose a paid plan.
30-day money-back guarantee
When you become a paying customer, you have 30 days from the date of your first payment to ask for a full refund, on any plan, monthly or yearly. If you subscribe on the last day of your trial or after it, the 30 days start on the day you subscribe.
Free migration
On yearly plans, we move your existing documents into AllyMatter at no charge, and a refund under the 30-day guarantee is still a full refund.
Monthly plans after the first 30 days
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not refund part of a month.
Yearly plans after the first 30 days
You can cancel at any time. We refund the full months left in your yearly term. The month you are in runs to its end and is not refunded.
Moving to a cheaper plan
If you move to a cheaper plan, the change happens straight away. The difference for the rest of your billing period is added to your account as a credit and used against your future invoices.
E-signature packs
Each pack of signatures expires 12 months after you buy it. Signatures you have not used do not carry forward to a new pack and cannot be transferred. Unused signatures in a pack that has not expired can be refunded; expired signatures are not refunded.
Extra storage
Extra storage is billed monthly. You can cancel it at any time, and it stays active until the end of the month you have paid for. We do not refund part of a month.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] with your workspace name and the email address on your account. We process approved refunds within 15 business days, back to the original payment method.
When we may refuse a refund
We may refuse a refund if the account has broken our Terms of Service.
