- AllyMatter for behavioral health & IDD providers
The surveyor pulls a personnel file. It answers.
- THE SURVEY MOMENT
Surveys verify people, not binders
The sampled record has to show what that person received, when, and against which version.
- 01
The sampled file
Accreditation surveys and state inspections check whether staff reviewed the policies, and they check it by sampling personnel records. A missing signature becomes a finding with a name on it.
- 02
The newest hire
Turnover makes readiness a moving target: the file most likely to fail belongs to whoever started last month. Tag a new hire into their role and site and the whole packet, deadlines included, assigns itself.
- 03
The revised policy
When the medication or incident policy changes, everyone it covers acknowledges the new version. Old records stay version-bound, permanent, and intact through every departure.

Frequently asked questions
We run programs across several sites. Does that mean several systems?
No. Tags scope every policy by site, program, and role, records stay separate per person and per version, and one in-force dashboard covers all of it.
What does the surveyor actually get?
Per-document exports (CSV or tamper-evident PDF) covering versions, distribution, and every acknowledgment, or a free viewer seat if you would rather they look directly.
Our turnover is constant. What happens to records when staff leave?
Nothing. Acknowledgment records are permanent and survive departures, so last year's signature is still there when the survey asks about it. New arrivals inherit their obligations by tag on day one.
